  • Incorporate with an intent to have a positive change of practice with at least 25% of the time by applying Wellness activities for your team
  • Increase personal knowledge gain by correctly identifying three activities that demonstrate trust effectiveness in relationships
  • Develop awareness and an intent to translate into practice at least 25% of the time by applying learned trust building strategies with both organization and individual team members

Speaker Bio:

Sue A. Behrens DNP, RN, ACNS-BC, NEA-BC
Sue is the Chief Nursing Officer for Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital. With more than 38 years of experience, she is responsible for strategic planning and leading of nursing functions and services for the 500-bed hospital. Prior to her current position, Sue was the Chief Nursing Officer at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Cleveland Clinic's first multispecialty hospital outside North America and home to the health system's most diverse nursing team. She led nursing caregivers to many accomplishments, including the first-ever American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet recognition for the UAE, the first Emergency Nurses Association Lantern Award given outside the U.S. and developing the UAE scope of practice for advanced practice providers. Prior to Cleveland Clinic, Sue spent more than 25 years at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, an academic medical center in Peoria, Illinois. She is a board certified Advanced Nurse Executive and Clinical Nurse Specialist.
