Sigma Marketplace utilizes many outstanding suppliers. Depending on the provider and availabilty of the item(s) selected, your purchase may be shipped in multiple shipments.


Processing & Shipping Calculation

  • Orders placed after 12PM EST will be transmitted to the vendor for processing on the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Once transmitted, depending on the availabilty of item(s) selected, orders ship from the vendor within 1 - 2 business days.

  • Saturday delivery is not available for orders.

International orders maybe subject to customs, duties, taxes and other charges. Sigma is not responsible for charges and assume no responsibilty for undelivered shipments or returns because of this.

ORDER or ITEMS not received:

    • Refund or replacement offered only when reported within 14 days of receiving package.
    • Must be reported within 30 days after order has shipped for replacement or refund After claim has been filed by Sigma & approved by  the carrier.
    • No refund or replacement can be offered after 30 days.

REFUNDS: All purchases including NCPD

    • Requested within 30 days of purchase,
    • Approved requests must be received by the vendor within 30 days of approval and
      • in good condition, with all tags attached, and with proper pack/bag/box unless the item(s) are defective.
    • Must be reported within 14 business days for refund.
    • If reported after 14 days up to 30 days only a REPLACEMENT will be available.
    • Refund NCPD courses cannot be more than 50% completed at the time of return.
    • NO REFUND or REPLACEMENTS After 30 days


Please note the following:

  • Defective or Damaged products must be reported to our customer service department within 14 business days after receipt of the item and can be replaced for the same item or refunded.
  • Exchanges can only be processed for apparel items ranging in sizes small through x-large of the same item. At this time we are unable to do an exchange up to or down from a 2X due to the difference in pricing.
  • Honor Society Rings
      • Resizing up to or down one ring size is available through our manufacturer for a small fee.
      • Refunds for rings will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
  • NCPD  Courses: If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your course, please contact M-F 9am-5pm EDT

How to return your item:

Ask for the CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS to which the return package should be sent.

We have several different product providers so it is extremely important to obtain the correct return address for your items. In some cases you may receive multiple RMA numbers based on returned items.


Prepare package for return, write the RETURN ADDRESS and RMA NUMBER on the outside of the return package. If the RMA number is not present, the package may not be accepted by the provider, and it will be returned to you or may delay the processing of your return.

Complete the bottom portion of the RETURN POLICY FORM that was included with your original order, and place this along with the PACKING SLIP, inside the box. This will help locate your request and continue processing the return as requested.


Mail the package
In order to receive a refund, items must be returned and received WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt of the product.

It is HIGHLY recommended a trackable service be used. Sigma is not responsible for lost returns and Proof of Delivery  (POD) by the carrier will be required if a return claim is unable to be located by the vendor as received. No refunds or replacements will be honored without this.

Processing of your return:

Once your return has been received by the vendor. Please allow up to 30 days for Sigma to receive notification from the vendor, verify the requested return & complete the processing of your refund or exchange.
