Using Evidence to Guide Strategic Planning - Online Course

This course will introduce the learner to the ways in which theory-guided evidence can assist with strategic planning to achieve goals. Key dimensions of strategic planning methods are reviewed and evidence that promotes the application of concepts to administrative practice is discussed. This course can be purchased individually but is also available as part of a package for the Nurse Manager Certificate Program.
