Doody 5 Star Review

“This is an excellent book for staff educators and other nurse leaders. It's easy to read, and provides only pertinent information, avoiding redundancies or repetition. I would recommend this for any nurse leader, educator, or specialist looking to advance their knowledge and lead successful implementation (validated by practice performance) and evaluation of professional development activities.”
