This refresher program was designed for nurses who have been out of the nursing workforce but want to return to practice. It consists of seven courses that can be purchased separately, or as a complete program. The program certificate will be awarded after successful completion of all seven courses, with a minimum passing score of 80% required on all section tests.
What’s in it For Me?
Completion of this program satisfies the didactic educational requirements in many states, which may be required before returning to a nursing role.
Each course in this program features interactive knowledge checks and scenarios to allow learners to practice applying their knowledge. This program is mapped to the NCLEX-RN test plan as well as QSEN core competencies. Audio narration and transcripts are included on each slide for learners to follow along.
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Discuss core values, fundamental concepts, and ethical principles of the nursing profession and how they affect nursing practice
- Identify challenges and opportunities regarding patient safety, care delivery, transitions of care, and quality improvement, their relevance to nursing practice, and how nurses make an impact
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of disease process, pharmacology, nursing consideration, and treatment options related to acute illness, chronic disease and behavioral health concerns

Individual courses may also be purchased at $420 for nonmembers and $378 for members.
Program completion certificate will be awarded after the successful completion of all eight (8) courses. If courses purchased separately, you must contact the Education Team to obtain your certificate.
