Patient Safety in the Health Care Workplace - Online Course

Content in this course will introduce a learner to understanding the occurrence of errors and adverse or near-miss events in the delivery of health care despite best intentions and efforts. How to apply this understanding to making improvements in staff and patient safety will also be covered. This course can be purchased individually but is also available as part of a package for the Nurse Manager Certificate Program.
