SPEAKER BIO:

Tina Pate, MSN, RN, CEN,
As Chief Nursing Officer, Tina Pate MSN, RN, CEN, has clinical and operational oversite for all aspects of nursing at Great Plains Health. Pate has over 24 years of leadership and nursing experience spanning a variety of departments including emergency, perioperative, medical/surgical, critical care, and women's/children. As an active member of the Nebraska Nurses Association, she currently sits on the Legislative Advocacy and Representation Committee. Tina also works with the Nebraska Hospital Association participating with groups whose focus is on nursing workforce and development.
