Ruth Sanders, MSN Ruth Sanders is married to Bill Sanders for forty-nine years and the mother of three daughters. She has been a professional nurse for over fifty years. She dedicated thirty years to the Department of Defense as a civilian nurse. Her passion is improving the lives of lay caregivers and care recipients. Ruth is the authors of three books. The most recent book is dealing with the struggles of being a lay caregiver.
In this webinar, we will discuss the history of vaccinations, beginning with the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic and ending with the COVID-19 pandemic. We will discuss best practices to address vaccination hesitancy along with other epidemiological principles such as herd immunity.
