Kathleen D. Pagana, PhD, RN, is a dynamic speaker and an accomplished author. She is a professor emeritus at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa., and the president of Pagana Keynotes & Presentations. She has been a leader in health care for more than 30 years.
