Is Sigma Marketplace part of Sigma?
Yes, Sigma Marketplace is a wholly-owned, 501(c)3 not-for-profit subsidiary of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. We are committed to providing evidence-based knowledge solutions developed for nurses by nurses around the globe.

What is “phishing”?
“Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, credit card information or other personal information through email.

What is a “Tag”?
A tag is a type of metadata that helps describe an item and allows it to be found again by browsing and searching.

Product Questions

I purchased nursing continuing professional development(CPD) course that I haven’t completed yet. Is it still available? If so, how do I find it? 
Yes, it is still available. You should have received an email with instructions. If you did not or no longer have the email, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on Account in the (top right-hand corner of homepagethis page.)
  2. Click on Login.
  3. Click on Sign-In under Returning Customers.
  4. Enter your the email address you registered with on the Sigma Marketplace website.
  5. Enter the password you created when you registered on the Sigma Marketplace website.
  6. Under My Account on the left-hand side of the page, click on Continuing  Professional Development.
  7. From here, you will be routed to our eLearning e-learning platform where you can gain access to your Sigma CDP courses.

The 365 day time limit from date of purchase to complete your course still applies.

I purchased an e-book awhile ago, is it still available?
Yes, it is still available. You should have received an email with instructions. If you did not or no longer have the email, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on Account in the (top right-hand corner of this homepage.)
  2. Click on Login.
  3. Click on Sign-In under Returning Customers.
  4. Enter your the email address you registered with on the Sigma Marketplace website.

  6. Under My Account on the left-hand side of the page, click on My Downloadable Products.
  7. You’ll be directed to your eBooks that you have previously purchased.

I didn’t receive an email about my continuing professional development (or ebook) course. What happened?

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client may be using filters to block email and this may be affecting the receipt of email from Sigma Marketplace. If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your email program, or contact your ISP directly to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block email. This will ensure that correspondence from Sigma Marketplace will be accepted.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary based on your destination zip code calculated during the checkout process.

Can I track my package?

Yes, please log into the Sigma Marketplace website and navigate to My Profile. You will be able to see the tracking number when it becomes available.

How do I return or exchange a purchase?

Exchanges can only be done for a different size of the same item. For a refund, you must contact our customer service department WITHIN 14 DAYS business days upon receipt of your item. How do I get a discount?
If you are a Sigma Member you automatically receive a 10% discount on books and continuing professional development. If you are a registered Sigma Marketplace user and have opted into email promotions, you will periodically receive promotions through email communication.

What is the member discount?

All Sigma members receive a 10% discount on books and continuing professional development.

I’m ordering books for my class. Is there a discount for a bulk purchase?
Yes, we offer an institutional discount of 20% when the order is placed direct with a Sigma Marketplace representative. Email solutions@sigmamarketplace.org or call 888.654.4968.
